| The hills are steep but get plenty of sun. They could be terraced to provide substantial gardening space. |
| We always thought it would be fun to use the spring outtake line to make a waterfall tumbling over this hill in the back yard. Or, you could grade it back for more room. |

| Finally, here are a few photos of the survey. As you can see the tract goes from the road all the way to the ridge. It is flanked on both sides by large tracts of land, so even though it is 5 acres, it feels like much more. |
